The only beer of which the recipe is elaborated every year with evolutionary refinements for its ‘Christmas’ edition. We’ve only kept the best of these to ensure that our ‘Douce’ remains well rounded and voluptuous, a technique that was rewarded at the end of May 2012 with the title ‘Best Belgian Beer of Wallonia’. It consists of 4 malts and 4 hop varieties. The aroma that lingers is predominantly thatof malt. It has a roasted flavour in combination.
