Bush Amber is a top-fermented filtered beer. It is made exclusively of malt, hops, natural sugar, water drawn from the ground beneath the brewery and exclusive yeast. The use of caramel malt, the expertise and patience of the master brewer (4 to 6 weeks in storage) give it, in addition to its characteristic amber colour, a particularly noteworthy sweet-sour flavour and smooth consistency. The high density of must involved in the courageous work of the brewery’s own yeast results in an alcohol content of 12%, which makes it the strongest Belgian beer. Its high saturation rate makes Bush Amber a beer that is very easy to digest and is excellent as an aperitif as well as after a meal. Bush Amber: a beer full of contradictions.
