Its roasted malt gives it a caramelised flavour with notes of caramel, chocolate and spices. It is characterised by a delicious balance. Appearance: brown at first sight with a ruby red glow, pure, lively, fine, generous and white head. Nose: typical, rich, esters (fermentation), hint of coriander, well-balanced. Taste: special malts, round, balanced, heady, slightly bitter aftertaste.
