Classic and convivial, the head is white and generous and dissipates quickly. The attack is full-bodied and well-defined. The dominant note is a blend of cereals with a brioche feel and slightly buttery taste, accompanied by fruitier notes and encased in a generous sweetness. Not excessively sugary the finish is, however, marked by a slight dryness and predominantly aromatic hoppiness. Lingers slightly on the fruity and malted cereal notes.
