Top-fermented special beer and a slightly cloudy golden colour, Petrus Triple hides beneath a thick layer of white foam which is compact and has good retention. On the nose it displays characteristics typical of Belgian beers with strong aromas of yeast and spices with a presence of coriander that lingers in the nostrils as well as more malty and hoppy notes. On the palate the flavours are sweet and remain closely associated with yeast. Fruitier notes also come to the fore as well as a stronger presence of malts than appeared on the nose. Dry and spicy finish in the mouth.
