Top-fermented pale ale type beer that is cloudy gold in appearance, slightly amber and topped with a fine white, lacy head. Malty aromas escape from the glass as well as yeasty fragrances that are reminiscent of fruit. There is also a certain lactic acidity present. On the palate it reveals its malty influences and yeast with sweet notes of caramel and fruit. Some spicy notes can be detected. The finish builds to a wonderful hoppy bitterness and a certain dryness.
