The Blanche de Bruges is a traditional blanche beer first brewed in the 80s, a time when the popularity of blanches was on the rise. It is pale yellow in colour and has an alcohol content of 4.8%. The taste is well-balanced, sweet and sour, fresh and fruity. As it is unfiltered, it is naturally cloudy and has some very specific tasting characteristics. This blanche beer is brewed using pure wheat. The distinctly wheaty taste, combined with the aromas of hops, orange zest and coriander combine to give the beer its rich and refreshing character.
